On completion of your website, there are two levels of management access available to you. The first level allows you to edit  and upload information and images onto your website. At this level, we offer a generous 3 month after-care and support service as standard.

The second level of access, allows you to make changes to the template or ' technical foundation' of your website. We are happy to make adjustments to your template without charge during your initial 3 month 'settling in' period, however if you choose to have personal access at this level, we assume you have the technical competence to rebuild and repair any problems that might arise. We therefore do not offer free after-care or support on Full Access Managed websites. Full Access after-care and support costs are 'as advertised' on our features comparison table. Rebuild costs are by negotiation.

All websites are subject to charges for after-care and support after an initial 3 month period.
